Every good athlete has their run, and some people lose it more quickly than others. Somehow, Roy Jones Jr. lost his before even he himself could probably tell. I saw the overhand right that took him down, and I watched him lay on the ground stunned. There was no attempt to get up at all, because that's just how good his bell had been rung. There goes any hope of that dream fight everyone was waiting for.
At least there may be hope for the other dream fight. Poor guy, I guess "he must've forgot" how to bob and weave. Maybe now he can concentrate on making those hot records with cats like Choppa (that was a joke).
So for all you emcees still comparing yourself to Roy, how about switching to the most dominant athlete of at least the past five years (and counting).
Every great boxer takes their lumps some times. How he manages to make a comeback will really tell if he's a great one.

Let me remind you Hashim... This is his second knockout in the past six months. He didn't just lose, he got knocked out. This has never happened before in his career, and now it's been twice. That's gotta be one of the most disappointing things in recent sports memory. Also, Johnson and Roy Jones are the same age... so it's not like he got beat by a younger guy.

Roy Jones problem is that he is gay and the years of smoking pole and being a pillow-biter have finally caught up to him.
