seriously, the Bay is on some other shit. as far as regions go, its poised to be next up. local hiphop heads rep hard on both sides of the camp: blinged out and backpacker/elementalist.

the bay is also the center of the new hiphop youth movement, which draws heavily on the 4 elements. check out the laundromat blog after Hashim's jump and read up on BUMP and YMR. 12-16 year olds being trained to produce, perform, master, and distribute their own compilations!
