More news that will surely add to my youthful disrespect for the pros in the game...
Dasun Allah, the newest editor in chief of The Source pulled a Jenkins and was caught in Harlem tagging up "strange symbols" on a building. A church building.
The excuse:
"Dasun told the New York Post he 'tagged' the building to expose the religion's 'hypocrisy.'
Because of course, being the top dog at The Source is just not a big enough platform.
The background:
"...said he was kicked out of his Jehovah's Witnesses church more than 13 years ago and now belongs to the Islam-based Nation of Gods and Earths."
I feel his pain. That must have been depressing for a kid to go through. Even a dozen years later it probably still is depressing to think about. I feel depressed just hearing about it. Just depressed.
OMG.
a church?!?!
seriously, I wouldn't even
use the source to wipe my ass.
hopefully the churhc will sue and topple this magazine right around the time all the BET and FunkFlex lawsuits are underway.
this dude is the editor in chief of a mag, and he felt the best way to expose hypocrisy was through tagging. hmm.
dumb bitch.

This nut is trying to get his shine by pulling stupid s--t like this. This is the only way this clown can get anyone to see hiw writing. from what I hear this nut tells everyone he broke teh story of hiphop cops when mtv ran that old story years ago. This clown is the ja rule of rap writing. but stunts like this and his sleazy GUnot cover won't make anyone forget the magazine stopped being good over ten years ago.

Peace,
Nice Hate!
BTW, grasshopper. MTV.com touched on DP, the Hip-Hop cop. My story brought it front and center, also THE NYPD ADMITTED IT HAD THE UNIT! That was my scoop. Get your facts straight when you hate.
Fact-checking is a part of the profession, young maggots.
Keep up the good work!
Peace,
DaSun of the Hater
